Over 92 percent of home buyers (according to realtor.org) use the Internet during their home search. That means that listing photos are the first impression of the property. That first impression is essential to hold the home buyers attention. It is well known that good images can associate positive emotions before the home is actually seen. Drone photography is visually unique bringing the viewer in to the image on a different level causing you and the property to stand out.

I have been a Real Estate agent for over 20 years, most of those years an active full time agent working with buyers and sellers. Currently I am a referral agent with Tierra Antigua Realty Referral. This experience in real estate really gives me insight on what agents need in property photos. I also understand the importance of getting those images quickly so that they are added to the listing as soon as possible.

My photography experience also spans years and different avenues as you can see from the galleries on this site. I have experience and training working with different lighting and am well equipped to handle the shoot.
